Abigail (Williams) and Fred J Emery - Divorce filing

Abigail (Williams) and Fred J Emery were married in Washington, Washington county, Iowa on July 3, 1887.    They had three children, Fred Owen, Alice Mabel and Frank Raymond.     By 1893 Abigail filed for divorce due to Fred's adultery, desertion, cruel and inhuman treatment and habitual drunkenness over the previous 3 year period.
